I'm not exactly sure how up to date this document is but it will give you a good idea.

ZCCA Judging Manual

Making sure your car is absolutely clean is very important, including the inside of your wheels, wheel wells, fuel filler door, etc., etc. It's lots of work but that is what's needed to separate a great car from an outstanding car.

If you have little "spots" on your car that trouble you, fix them as judges will tend to find them as well. Basically, go through that form and judge your own car and see how you do and then have a fellow Z owner do it as well and see how you compare.
